Privacy Policy

Data Protection

We take the security of your information seriously. Your Google and Microsoft calendar data is protected with industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), and access is strictly limited to authorized processes only.

Data Access & Use

We connect to your calendars only through the official Google Calendar API and Microsoft Graph API. We request the minimum permissions needed to provide scheduling features. Your event details are used only to help you create, manage, and sync events as you request. We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of providing the service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To operate our service, we may rely on trusted infrastructure providers (for example, cloud hosting and monitoring services). These subprocessors process data only to run the service on our behalf and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

Data Retention & Deletion

We do not permanently store your calendar event details. Data is accessed temporarily to perform the requested sync and is not retained beyond the session. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions page or your Microsoft account’s connected apps/permissions page. If you would like all associated data removed, you can email us at admin@gonote.ai and we will promptly delete it.
